Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. About this website
Appieo, based in the Netherlands, owns and operates the VaultPas website. VaultPas is an Appieo platform and brand. These terms cover use of vaultpas.com. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Product information and availability
This website provides information about VaultPas and its products. It does not sell app subscriptions or create an app account. Each product, including MijnPas, has its own applicable terms and privacy information. Product availability is determined by the relevant public app-store listing. References to planned markets or future products are statements of intention, not promises of a release date or availability.
3. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to it. Do not use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or misuse our contact details to send spam. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by mandatory law.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics and branding belong to Appieo or their respective rights holders. You may read and reference the content for personal use and use it as otherwise permitted by law. Other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Mentioning a third-party brand does not imply its endorsement or a partnership.
5. Links to other services
Links may take you to a product website, app store or another external service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Appieo is responsible for its own services; it does not control independently operated third-party websites.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect. We may update or remove website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, or takes away your statutory consumer rights.
7. Applicable law and your rights
Dutch law applies to these website terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that otherwise applies to you, or your right to bring a claim before a competent court under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
The date above identifies the latest version of these website terms. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate product agreement. For questions about this website or permission to reuse its content, contact [email protected].
